Ancient Islamic terracotta jug, dating from 800 to 1200 AD, with molded geometric motifs.
It has one handle and a unique strainer shaped like a flower at the end of its neck. The jug stands on three legs, adding stability and elegance. Notably, the bottom showcases a six-pointed star with three fish within it.
Despite its age, the jug remains in very good, intact condition.
This artifact exemplifies the artistry and functional design typical of Islamic pottery from this period.
