Very Rare Early Bronze Age Axe head Copper Weapons (2650/2350 Bc).
it lacks the small knob in the middle of blade
the same been found in Jericho.
A bronze, crescent-shaped axe with a bulbous detail projecting from both sides at its center and a curved tang for attachment to a pole. This is known as an epsilon axe for its resemblance to the Greek letter. This style was widely used throughout the Near East and Egypt,
The Bronze Age was a time throughout the Near East and Egypt that saw increased fortifications and the rise of palace-towns that controlled nearby villages and vied for power. An axe like this may have been used in warfare, but it would have been ultimately deposited as part of a warrior burial. Elite males of all ages were buried, often in caves together with their extended family, and with axes like this one at their heads.
