ANCIENT ISLAMIC SMALL CONTAINER GLASS WITH WHEEL-CUT DESIGNS
9th – 10th century AD
Colorless glass with Silver tinge. The roughly cylindrical body of this miniature container rests on a ring circular foot and is topped by a short cylindrical mouth.
The wheel-cut decoration over on body consists of stylized chain form. Covered with colorful iridescence on the exterior, earthen incrustation.
