19th Century Islamic Syrian Glass Ewer
A hand-blown Syrian glass ewer from the 19th century, with a globular body, tall neck, and flaring trefoil mouth. The applied handle connects the rim to the shoulder.
The body is decorated with Arabic inscriptions.
Restored, with visible cracks and repairs. A fine example of late Ottoman Syrian glass.
